Will I need a solicitor?
A solicitor is not a legal requirement, but we advise purchasers to seek independent legal advice for peace of mind.

Do I have to build using your company?
No, there is no obligation to build at all and no obligation to use Buyland to undertake any building work for you.

How much will it cost to build a 3 bedroom villa?
Build costs are on average are 30 - 40% lower to build you own property than to purchase "off plan". Please contact us for more information on your specific requirements.

Will I receive title deeds in my name if I buy land in Bulgaria?
Current legislation means that a non Bulgarian national must own land through a Bulgarian Limited Company. These laws are currently under review and will change to conform with other EU member states in due course. We can incorporate a limited company on your behalf and charge on average £500*1 to do so. A buyer will also require a Bulgarian bank account, which the solicitor can also open, with 5,000 Bulgarian Leva (£1,701*2) deposited in that account as fully paid up share capital. Once the company has been incorporated, the share capital can be transferred. A limited company can own more than one property.

If I buy land from you in Cyprus, can I have title deeds in my name?
The land mass is currently seen by the authorities as one large plot owned by Buyland Ltd, not individual plots, hence the title deed is in our company name. Until planning is granted on the land and it is divided into individual plots, your ownership is assured through owning a share of the company that owns the land. This is the simplest way to assure you of your ownership.

I have decided to buy land plots from you. What is the buying process?
You will receive a land purchase agreement, detailing the plot you are buying, it's location and plot reference, the size you are buying and how much you are paying along with an invoice for your plot. We require the agreement signed and back to us by email or fax within 4 working days along with a copy of your current passport and a current (less than 3 months) utility bill to confirm your identity and current address. Once full payment has been received, you will be issued with a receipt along with a request for details of whom you wish the land / share certificates to be registered in.
